Workers had little visibility over their accounts, and no way to make changes on their own. Many faced language barriers, limited digital access and worked in areas with low connectivity.

SNPF needed a secure, mobile-first solution to remove these barriers, no matter the user’s location or tech level.

We created a multilingual mobile app for iOS and Android, designed for low-bandwidth use and full account control. Workers can now check balances, track interest and make transactions from their phones. Employers, on their end, use a web-based admin platform for oversight and management.

Everything syncs securely to SNPF’s systems via API, with real-time data and payment flow. This helped achieve greater financial inclusion, and a more connected experience for seasonal workers and the organisations that support them.
