Project Introduction

FMI needed a better way to handle warranty claims – a centralised platform for both their internal team and the nationwide network of fabricators and glaziers.

We helped replace the manual process with a secure, digital portal that makes it easy to submit, track and manage claims. The result was less chasing, fewer errors and faster outcomes.

Challenges

The old warranty process was slow and inconsistent. Claims came in different formats, details were often missing, and FMI’s internal teams spent way too much time following up.

Without a central system, reporting was also difficult and delays were common.

Solutions

We built a secure online portal with custom workflows for different user types. FMI’s fabricators and glaziers can use it to upload documents, track claim status and view progress in real time – all in one place.
