Project Introduction
As a global charity, World Vision needed a better way to connect with supporters online.
The goal was simple: make it easier to give, simple to stay involved, and more secure across the board. We redesigned the platform to match the scale and impact of their mission – clear, fast and built for how people give today.
Challenges
Donation and sponsorship flows were clunky and outdated. Event registration was handled separately, creating confusion.
Supporters had no easy way to manage their contributions, and the platform lacked the security expected from an organisation of this size and reach.
Solutions
We redesigned the donation, sponsorship and event pages for clarity and ease of use. Key journeys were streamlined to reduce drop-off, with secure API integrations to handle payments.
We also upgraded backend security and continue to support the platform with ongoing maintenance.
World Vision’s digital experience is finally built to scale with the mission, achieving stronger engagement and better retention.
